Ownership by way of partnership

In the case of ownership by a third party,
we can offer the following structures:

• A lease agreement, containing a base rent and
a performance related rent component

• A management agreement, containing a base
fee and a performance related fee structure to
align interests with the partner

Minimum of 80 rooms to a maximum of 200 rooms for Ovolo and 300 rooms for Mojo Nomad

Located in a lively, safe and walkable area in a metropolitan city

In or near a city centre and/or central business district

Easily accessible by public transport

In an airport precinct

In a leisure destination near a major urban centre (up to 200km by car)
